Online booking rules

Upcoming online bookings per client

How many future appointments one client may hold at the same time through the booking page. 0 means no limit. Default 3.

Also count appointments added by staffBy default only bookings the client made online count towards the limit.

Cancellation window (hours)

Clients can cancel or reschedule online until this many hours before the appointment.

Default start times

How often an appointment may start, unless a service says otherwise.

Online payments (deposits)

Deposits taken at online booking go to your own Stripe account, which Calendra sets up for you. Calendra does not sit in the middle of these payments, holds none of your clients' money and takes no commission on it – Stripe bills its processing fees to you directly.

Account not created yet

Your Stripe account is created automatically when you click below. Stripe will then ask for your business details and a bank account for payouts.

Online payments (deposits and clients paying for visits) are coming soon. Until then, bookings with a deposit are confirmed without taking a payment.

Until payments are active, online bookings of services with a deposit are confirmed without collecting the deposit.
